Outlook  Back up Data  from Computer.
  • At First You Have To Open outlook
  • Click The Tools Option 
  • After That  You Have to  Click the Options
  • Then Click the Options Tab option Mail Setup
  • After that Click the Account Setting 
  • Then Click the Open Folder
  • click the Outlook .PST Format File
  • Then Click the Right the Bottom of Mouse
  • Then Copy the Data files .PST File
  • Then Transfer the Another Driver of Your Computer
  • After that It Will Take Backup Every Day  if you will  not Another Location of  .pst Files In your Computer.
  • It the Best Policy To Take Backup Email Of Outlook Data Files from your Computer.
